Still having issues? Try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Make sure you're running the most up-to-date version of Kik.
- Check to make sure you're on a strong internet connection.
- Disable Don't Keep Activities if this has been enabled in Android Developer options settings (this is for users who enabled their device’s developer mode).
- Force-close and reopen the Kik app.
- Force-close and reopen your Camera and Gallery apps in Android settings.
- Log out and then log back in.
- Reinstall the Kik app.
